Would You Rather - Suck and Be on an Awesome Team or Be Awesome on a Suck Team?

This "Would You Rather" brought to you by Harvard Sailing Team's (old) video "Girls Will be Boys." A serious question in the midst of a not so serious video. Would you rather be on an awesome team, but be the anchor? True you could be on the bench but still "win like a million championships" but despite getting a giant ring you would know in the back of your mind that you didn't really contribute. That would personally weigh on me. However, you could be a superstar on a shitty team (Lebron James, Rick Nash, etc.) and probably get nothing for it except consistent appearances on Sports Center's highlight reel. This would also really bother me. What's worse than being awesome and not getting rewarded for it? Oh, thats right, not even being awesome. This debate could take so many interesting turns and I still don't know which I'd pick.
